How to make Salt n Chilli Chicken

Ingredients: 4 Chicken Breast (cut into strips) 2 Tsp Baking Powder 100g Plain Flour 100g Corn Flour 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt 2 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Chilli Powder 2 Small Chilli's Chopped Scallions 2 Eggs (use whites) 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Broightergold Thai Oil 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped) Method: Mix egg whites with garlic salt, chilli powder, salt and soy sauce Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes Mix Cornflour, baking powder and flour Add 5 strips at a time to the flour mix then place on a tray Once all the strips are coated Deep fry at 180 degrees until golden brown Remove and place on tray Heat pan and add Broightergold Thai oil Add half chillis, garlic, soy sauce and half of scallions Pan fry the chicken strips through the mix for a few seconds Place on bowl and serve with your choice of side ENJOY. #StayAtHome #TheIsolatedChef
