Graduated from Berklee College of Music in the United States. Received the Special Jury Award at the Gibson Jazz Guitar Contest 2005. In 2014, he made his debut appearance at the Tokyo Jazz Festival with the Daisuke Kunita Trio. Shortly after, he released his second album, "In My Life," featuring world-renowned pianists Hiromi Uehara, Alex Machacek, and Steve Hunt. This album received rave reviews from former Fender Senior Master Builder J.W. Black, known for building guitars for Eric Clapton and others, who offered him a guitar as a monitor, making him the first Japanese artist to do so. In 2019, he released his third solo album, "abstract/pop." In recent years, he has also participated in numerous game and anime recordings, appearing as a guitarist in some of Japan's most iconic titles, including "Super Smash Bros.
