Are there any other restrictions/limitations? This varies depending on the surgical procedure. (In some cases, you are not allowed to bend the hip more than 90° in the initial stages, nor adduct the leg (i.e., move it inward across the midline), nor rotate/turn it strongly.) If there are any restrictions, please be sure to take them into account when performing the exercises! ❗Correction/Note: At minute 19:20, I say you should turn over onto the non-surgical side. This is incorrect. Please turn over to the operated side! (if you should avoid adduction/internal rotation) ❗ It is important that you take care of the scar as soon as it has healed.
