Burgemeester: 'Schandalig' als mensen wel noodgedwongen buiten sliepen in Ter Apel

Not a single asylum seeker was forced to sleep outside last night at the registration center in Ter Apel. This is according to Jaap Velema, mayor of Westerwolde, the municipality to which Ter Apel belongs, on the radio program Sven op 1.
