The model has received new bumpers, front and rear, a new front grille, and new headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights as standard on all versions. One drawback of the model is that it does not offer ESP (electronic stability control). Unlike the Fit, which received the safety equipment when it was updated, the City does not have ESP, not even as an option.
