The PROBLEM with Tom King's Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman currently has two ongoing titles under DC Comics, one of them being Absolute Wonder Woman by Kelly Thompson, set in the same universe as Absolute Batman, and the other being the mainline book written by Tom King. Tom King is known to be a controversial writer among readers, with his work on characters like Batman, Black Canary, Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and other Justice League characters. His Batman run received some backlash, while his Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow book, which is being used as the framework for the upcoming Supergirl movie in James Gunn’s DCU, has received critical acclaim.
