It is a unique martial art, developed to allow any type of person, regardless of size, strength or sex, to defend themselves against larger and stronger aggressors. The main difference between the styles practiced today lies in their concept of defense. While other martial arts primarily seek to block the attacker's attack in order to counter-attack, or even deflect the attack in order to counter-attack, the basic principle of #WingChun is to use this force against the attacker himself, where defense already functions as an attack and vice versa.
