The FULL History of Megalovania!
In 2008, a young Toby "Radiation" Fox created "Press the B Button, Stupid!", or the Earthbound Halloween Hack. He created his own soundtrack for this twisted take on Earthbound, and the final boss theme proved a hit. Since then, it has reappeared throughout Toby's body of work, evolving each time and showcasing just how far he's come as a composer. THIS is the story of Megalovania, and the man who composed it. This is my first time making a video essay, and I had a blast making it! I just hope that you also enjoy watching it. And, while it's a long shot, I hope sincerely that Toby himself will see this someday. I've got a burning question at the end of the video for him that's been on my mind for a while. Hungry for more? Like hearing my voice? Wanna chat with me and some friends? Check out https://linktr.ee/ravsucks for my Twitch and Discord! 0:00 Intro 0:52 Chapter 1: Halloween Hack 4:16 Chapter 2: Homestuck 8:09 Chapter 2.5: Alternate Versions 9:30 Chapter 3: Undertale 11:57 Chapter 4: After Undertale 13:55 Chapter 5: Smash Bros.
