[Recipe] Plain yogurt 400g (Drip water to 200g or less) 70g of sugar Fresh cream fat content 40% 200cc ※You can increase or decrease sugar according to your preference ① Drain yogurt overnight. For a quicker method, use plastic wrap and a weight for 2 hours. Greek yogurt can be used as is. ② Add sugar to the drained yogurt and mix until smooth. ③ Whip cream to soft peaks (about 60%). Plant-based cream is fine. ④ Mix yogurt and whipped cream, then pour into containers. ⑤ Freeze for about 6 hours. No stirring needed during freezing.
