Whether you are building a stock 39mm or a 10 over 39mm front end the process will be the same other than the measurement on the internal spacer needed to take up the gap from your spring to your fork cap. Tim explains how to measure the inner spacer properly and what to account for based on the fork cap we chose to use on this build.
