When we lived in Korea, it was the hardest part. A rider since I was little and the owner of three horses, two of which were rescues, I grew up surrounded by horses. As a teenager, I competed in show jumping competitions, all the way to the French Championships for five years in a row. Then I questioned my horses' well-being, and since then they've been in the field, in early retirement. I spent years looking for a Korean stable that respected its horses, and I finally found one. We went there to film it all! The stables are called W horseland W홀스랜드 in Gapyeong. Their website = http://www.whorseland.com/    / @w_horseland   I had the chance to ride 니악볼리 Niackvoly, the instructor's horse. I wasn't expecting it, but we jumped. My coach = 전재식, silver medalist in Incheon, 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, individual silver medalist, 2014 Incheon Asian Games, team gold medalist. DISCLAIMER: The horses were turned out daily. Since the fields are further away than the main facilities, we weren't able to go there. But we saw them from afar. Of all the stables we visited in Korea, this was by far the most respectful of the horses' needs. Here, they are pampered, given unlimited hay, and all in very good physical and mental condition. Unfortunately, this is very rare in Korea! And let's not even mention it in Asia; there is still a lot to do for the horses' well-being, but remember, this is Korea and it takes time.
