Welcome to the Liquor Factory. We can only ferment wine made from acacia flowers, or rather, black locust, in spring. The acacia flower blooming period is quite short, so you should ferment this wine quickly. Acacia wine is a delicate wine with a floral aroma and fruity notes. It has a light and delicate flavor, similar to Riesling-type wines. Enjoy!
