The Horn Chronicle – A German Tastes America As part of my Tennessee Whiskey Trail journey, this film follows one of the most unique stretches of the entire trail—along the Great Smoky Mountains Parkway toward Gatlinburg. What starts as a simple drive through Sevierville and Pigeon Forge quickly turns into something completely different. Moonshine, flavored whiskey, live music, tastings, gift shops, restaurants, and some of the busiest distillery stops in Tennessee—all packed into just a few miles. Along the way, I visit six different stops on the trail: • Tennessee Shine Co. • Tennessee Legend Distillery • Junction 35 Spirits • Ole Smoky Distillery • Tennessee Shine Co. • Old Forge Distillery This part of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail feels completely different from the quiet distilleries earlier on the route. It’s louder, busier, more touristy—and somehow still fascinating to experience. From moonshine tastings and crazy flavor combinations to beautiful Smoky Mountain scenery, this road has its own unique character.
