This is Top 3D Shop, and in this video, we will tell you about the Raise3D Pro3 and Pro3 Plus FDM printers. The series is based on the popular Pro2 lineup. Ensuring full compliance with the needs of small-scale production and rapid prototyping, the printers offer two extruders, a large build volume, high print quality, and 24/7 stable operation. The print area of the base model is 300 × 300 × 300 millimeters, while the build chamber of the Pro3 Plus is twice as large in height, at 300 × 300 × 605 millimeters. The redesigned extruders reduce the risk of clogging and allow for easy disassembly and component replacement, with the hotend enabling convenient removal without using any tools. In November 2022, Raise3D introduced the Hyper FFF upgrade kit, consisting of two high-speed hotends, an autocalibration module, updated software, and a special filament. Installing the kit on Pro3 printers allows for a significant increase in print speed of two to five times. At the same time, the active vibration suppression algorithm guarantees stable print quality even at maximum speed. The Pro3 series printers have received a vast array of upgrades that ensure high-quality printing. Automatic bed calibration makes setting up your 3D printer faster and easier. The flexible bed cover makes it easy to remove the printed models. The rigid all-metal frame and reinforced Z-axis guides secure printing stability. The air distribution unit is located on the back of the printers and manages the air circulation and heat distribution inside the machine, creating a stable working environment. All air inside the chamber goes through a HEPA filter. The built-in EVE Smart Assistant helps the user to pinpoint and resolve issues that may affect print quality. The system also reminds the user about regular maintenance procedures. Files are prepared for printing using the proprietary IdeaMaker slicing software. The printers can be controlled via a 7-inch touch screen, being also equipped with an HD camera for live visual print monitoring. The camera connects to the RaiseCloud platform granting direct remote monitoring access. The Pro3 printers are equipped with a door open sensor and an automatic power outage print resume function. Both models in the series are compatible with a wide range of proprietary and third-party materials with a melting point of up to 300 degrees Celsius.
