Lenovo ThinkPad T430 CPU upgrade (i5 to i7)

I upgrade a Lenovo ThinkPad from an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M to a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU. The difference in performance is notable and quite pleasant. I would recommend the upgrade to anyone considering extending the life of their T430 laptop.
