Baltimore County students get back in the classroom
It was the first day of school for students in Baltimore County, and WBAL-TV was there as the superintendent greeted students at the Carver Center for Arts and Technology in Towson. More than 110,000 students packed schools in Baltimore County for the first day of classes. This year, parents can expect weekly reports from teachers, and students can expect to put their cellphones away as part of a new districtwide policy.
