Advanced adaptable technologies as solar tent dryers and smoking kilns for fish that are environmentally friendly, effective and economically viable were developed by Malawi’s Chancellor College, the Fisheries Research Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, World Fish Center and the Malawi Bureau of Standards.
