The Blue Pig: A Porsche 928S Takes on the 9 Hour ILamuna Endurance Race

The Blue Pig finally got its moment. We took our Porsche 928S a big old front-engined V8 that many people doubted and entered it into the Ilamuna Endurance Series 9 Hour race, South Africa’s answer to Lemons-style endurance racing. As far as we can recall, this was the first V8 to enter the series, and there were definitely a few people wondering whether the car would survive. But that is exactly what made the story so special.
