Easy Chicken and Vegetable Pies | One Pot Chef

This easy hand pie recipe is the ultimate in relaxed comfort food baking. Cooked chicken is combined with grated carrot and zucchini, sautéed onions, cream cheese and seasonings. Enveloped in puff pastry and baked until golden, these simple to make hand pies are perfect for lunch, dinner, snacks, picnics and parties. Think Chicken Pot Pies but easier and more portable - give it a go!
