My most controversial wine opinion

I have tried, truly tried, to love Cava, to see the everyday affordable Champagne killer loads of people swear by. In my whole career doing wine stuff every bottle under £15 has tasted at least a bit of wet cardboard. To make sure I'm not just talking nonsense I've done 3 rounds of blind tasting to put my money where my mouth is. Perhaps I am the problem, but I doubt it.
