Lymphatic drainage massage, or lymphedema massage, is an important part of managing lymphedema and swelling. Follow along for a FULL manual lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) routine. I describe the techniques and sequence used by a certified lymphedema therapist, as well as address fibrosis. I also discuss and review differences of sequencing for those with lymphedema in the right arm and chest wall.
