Veg Pulao in Rice Cooker | No effort, authentic taste | restaurant style | quick and easy recipe

Vegetable Pulao Ingrediants : Bay Leaf 1 Shahi Jeera 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin seed) 1tsp Cinnamon 1 stick Cardamon 4 to 5 Cloves 5 to 6 Carrots 2 chopped into cubes Corriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped Frozen Peas 1/2 cup Basmati Rice 2 cups Water 3 1/4 cup Salt to taste Pepper 1 tsp Tandoori Chicken Masala 1tsp (u can use a rice masala of ur choice too) Ghee 2tbsp Oil 2tbsp Switch on the rice Cooker and add white oil and ghee. And the whole spices and cook for a minute. Add the carrots. Cover and cook for another 2 mins. Add the frozen peas and washed rice and cook till the rice gets nicely fried and changes to whitish color. Add the tandoori Masala and fry. Add water , salt and pepper. Finally add the corriander leaves. Cover and cook. Rice cooker will automatically switch of onces its done. Serve hot.
