STEPS INVOLVED: i) Take out entire details of the project from RERA website. ii) Take out details of the builder from RERA website. iii) Scan all the documents and upload them with your complaint in PDF. iv) Send a copy of the complaint and documents in PDF to the builder after the complaint is accepted at the website of RERA and number is given to you. v) Send the hard copies in three sets to RERA and also to the builder by registered post.
