In my drawing of the test setup. I forgot to draw in the spike suppression diode across the coils of the K1 and K2 relays. Have one diode across the K1 relay coil so that the cathode is connected to the pin5 side of the receiver. And the anode is connected to the ground side. Have the second diode across the K2 relay coil so that the cathode is connected to the pin4 side of the receiver. And the anode is connected to the ground side. I use a diode of P/N 1N4007.
