Trigger finger is a disease that causes pain in the 40-60 year olds. It is due to the triggering of the tendons that bend the fingers in front of the joint near the palm of the finger, with the formation of a nodule under the sheath. Although drugs and exercises are used in the treatment, steroid injection into the tendon sheath in the early stage and surgery in the advanced stages are the most successful methods. It can also be seen in childhood, especially in 1-2 years of age, and if stretching exercises do not benefit, surgery is also applied to them.
