Travel at London's Heathrow Airport was brought to a standstill on Mar 21. A fire at a nearby substation triggered a power outage, shutting down Europe's busiest hub for aviation. Airline schedules were thrown into disarray, as hundreds of flights were cancelled or forced to reroute. Olly Barratt reports.
