The road through Glen Etive starts at the A82 and ends at Loch Etive. Although the A82 itself is a stunning drive, the Glen Etive road is much more raw and personal because it's a single track road (with passing places), so it feels like being immersed in the highlands, whereas on the A82, it feels more like being a detached spectator. This remote, raw and personal experience is possibly why the producers of "Skyfall" (James Bond Movie), chose the location for the movie.
