Day 12 of The Journey with JC! Today was one of those days... I wasn't feeling my best, and my enemy mind started talking. "You've earned a day off." "Just celebrate the progress you've made." "You can always do it tomorrow." We've all heard that voice. But today, I stuck to the plan. We headed out for our Tuesday walk, got in another upper-body workout, and celebrated something that's becoming more obvious every week... Consistency works. The results don't come from one perfect workout or one perfect meal. They come from showing up, over and over again, even on the days you don't feel like it. Oh... and we had another incredible Florida moment when we spotted a massive alligator during our walk! 🐊 Celebrate your wins. Trust the process. Keep showing up. Progress over perfection.
