A Week Of School Lunches - Week 6 (school year '24-'25)

These are the lunches my boys (ages 5 1/2 and 8) took this week. Oatmeal Bites Recipe: 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats 1 cup Quick Oats (I just do 2 cups quick oats) 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice) 1/2 cup honey a pinch of salt (optional - I add cinnamon and mini chocolate chips, sometimes I add dried fruit and coconut shreds too) -combine all the ingredients until mixed completely, chill for 30 mins if using original recipe (if just using quick oats then you won't need to chill before forming) -form into balls or bars, or any shape you prefer. -store up to a week in the fridge ENJOY!
