Korey is an Assistant Professor of Guitar and Music Industry Careers at McLennan Community College, and the former head of both the Guitar Division and the Music Theory Division at Visible Music College, and is an in-demand guitar and theory instructor. He attended Berklee College of Music, has a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance, and a Master's Degree in Jazz Guitar Performance from Oklahoma State University.
