(Fried Fish without Breading) INGREDIENTS: 150g of flour 200 ml of light beer 5 grams of baking powder (1 teaspoon) 700 grams of sea bass or hake 400g of shoestring potatoes (3 medium potatoes) PREPARATION METHOD Cut the potatoes into strips. Place them in a bowl with water and set aside. Add the beer with the baking powder and let it sit for 5 minutes. Dry the potatoes with paper towels and then fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Combine the beer and flour and mix well; there should be no lumps. Cut the fish into wide, long strips (as shown in the video). Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
