How to Change Stator and Rectifier on CBR600RR

In this video I'll show you how to change the Stator and Rectifier on a 2003 CBR600RR. This process should be about the same for most models as well. I also change the oil since I just got the bike and had some oil lost from the stator cover as well. If you have not changed your oil I recommend you do so as well since you will be losing some anyways. At the time of posting the video I can confirm this fixed the issue. So if your bike is running but not charging the battery enough to allow you to start it without rolling off this could be your solution too. I would recommend confirming you do not have a starting issue by charging the battery and ensuring it will start before following this process.
