Cheltenham Spa, Gloucestershire United Kingdom is a large and beautiful town in The Cotswolds England, and the best preserved regency town in the UK. It is The Festival Capital of The Cotswolds, hosting the Cheltenham Racing Festival and Gold Cup Steeplechase, The Times Cheltenham Literature Festival, The Cheltenham Jazz festival, The Cheltenham Music Festival, and the Cheltenham Science Festival to name a few. The birth place and home of Gustav Holst, and a famous Spa town visited by King George 3 in 1788, the regency architecture, restaurants and shops of Montpellier, the beauty of the Grand Promenade and the modern high street make Cheltenham an essential stop on any visit to The Cotswolds by visiting Tourists. There are amazing Schools in Cheltenham, including Cheltenham Ladies College, and Cheltenham College. The University of Gloucestershire has several sites in Cheltenham, the key being The Park Campus of the University of Gloucestershire, a one time Zoological gardens now hosting the Media, Art and Design courses of the University.
