Why my blade wasn't cutting straight on my NorWood sawmill LM29 - norwood portable sawmills

Milling out the board and batten for the greenhouse on my Norwood LM29 band saw mill when the new blade starts to walk down into the log. At first I thought it was the blade but figured out it wasn't.
