Three Competitions Later… Here's Where I'm At

Three competitions. Three very different outcomes. After Ramona, the goal was simple: put myself in a position to be dominant and keep building towards the biggest targets of the season. The form was there, the confidence was there, but as this sport constantly reminds you, everything still has to come together on the day. In this episode, I reflect on my first three competitions of the international season, the Shanghai Diamond League, Canary Islands Athletics Invitational, and Dresden Golden Oval. We break down what worked, what didn’t, and some of the lessons from competing against the best in the world across a busy stretch of travel and competition. Performance is rarely a straight line. Sometimes the results tell the story, and sometimes they don't. Come along for an honest look at the opening phase of my international campaign, where things are tracking well, but there’s still plenty more to unlock.
