The first thing that surprised me upon entering the restaurant was that most customers were ordering Jajangmyeon. It really isn't the signature dish for nothing. While the exterior has the vibe of a traditional eatery showing the passage of time, the interior is neatly maintained, allowing for a pleasant dining experience. The Jajangmyeon I tasted featured tender meat that wasn't dry, and it was clean with no unpleasant odors. The black bean sauce had a deep umami flavor and blended well with the noodles, so I could understand why customers all look for this place. The portions were generous, and the owner was friendly, so I had a very pleasant meal.
