Join Mighty Mike & K on Easter Sunday as they explore the Philadelphia Zoo, America's first zoo! Spring is in full bloom on the grounds of America's oldest zoo located in the historic Fairmount Park section of Philly. There are beautiful spring flowers on display and the animals are very active because the weather is cooler this time of year. Two big highlights are the birth of a white-handed gibbon ape which is native to Southeast Asia and is endangered and the arrival of Marcy a 3-year old female snow leopard with hopes she will help continue to grow this vulnerable species.
