Labbing the buu and universe 6 builds in RB2. [ Level 3 vs level 2 ]

Was trying to make a way for the CPU to fight better, but decided to lab some builds I've been making for an upcoming CPU tournament. Let me know if you have any experience with CPU mods so that we can make a better CPU. I also want feedback on scaling to help place some of these characters, so I encourage debate in the comments about power scaling. All mods are were found through discord and Patreon. I am not the owner nor do I create mods, I just power scale.
