Snap has officially revealed the new Specs, but could this really be the iPhone moment for AR glasses? In this video, I react to the full Specs launch presentation at AWE and take a closer look at the hardware, software, AR experiences, developer opportunities, and Snap’s broader vision for spatial computing. The new Specs combine a see through display, spatial applications, hand interaction, AI powered utilities, entertainment, and shared AR experiences inside a standalone pair of glasses. But are they already practical enough for everyday use, and can Snap succeed where many other companies have struggled?
