"No Blame" hetero AIDS TV movie makes you go hmmm (VHS)
1988. Directed by Daniele J. Suissa. Starring Helen Shaver. This is an extra painful example of an 80s film being “daring” ie they dared to mention that homosexuality existed. Fleetingly and nervously. In a movie about HIV. I couldn’t see past that but it’s a quality production anyway. "Amy Donaldson, a successful fashion editor of City Magazine, is married to Carl, an accountant, and they have one young son, Brian. Amy is pregnant and she finds that she tests positive for HIV. The films traces the effect of this on her, her family, and her best friend Suzanne." (imdb)
