He also describes his epiphany discovering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which he is currently a Brown Belt in, and how it has empowered him in all aspects of life. Other topics included how martial arts influence who you are as a person and how it can enrich your life off the mat. Alex talks about how connected he is to his martial arts path and what it means to him. He also discusses a very introspective view into finding yourself and learning how to embrace humility and continue to always be a student.
