"I Am Still Alive": Sonam Wangchuk's Hospital Message on Day 25 of Fast | What Is He Demanding? He said he has lost around 11 kg and considerable muscle mass during the fast but is currently doing fine under medical observation. Wangchuk reiterated that he would end his fast if the government assures that no police action, arrests, or harassment will be taken against the students and protesters who joined Monday's march. Earlier, he also wrote to Union Ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh, thanking them for visiting him in the hospital and urging that he wants to resume his work once such an assurance is given.
