Hello all on todays video I am showing you the easiest and best way I have found to change out the paddles and the scrapper bar on my Toro power clear 721 E. The tools needed for this job are as fallows For changing the paddles the tools required are 1- set of replacement paddles from Toro 1- T-25 torx bit 1- socket driver 1- 7/16 inch wrench 1- 11mm socket 1- small piece of tape ( duck tape or equivalent) And the tools required for the scrapper bar are 1- new scraper bar from toro 1- impact or socket driver 1- 1/2 inch wrench 1- 9/16 inch socket PLEASE LIKE, COMMENT & SUBSCRIBE IF YOU ENJOIED IT!
