Boston Sprinter review (remade) ~ Train Sim World 5
Boston Sprinter (or 'NEC - Boston to Providence') has - for the longest time - been one of the better American TSW routes in my opinion. But after revisiting the route, I have realised that it's not as good as I used to think it was. For reference, the route coverage goes for only 43 miles from Boston South to Providence, and it's mostly linear (typical DTG) except for the addition of the Stoughton Branch. As for motive power, the route only comes with the Amtrak ACS-64 and MBTA F40PH-3C, with the Acela Express being sold separately.
