He has been put His seal on us - and we too be yours. May we continue to preserve Your grace become children of light and children of the Spirit. I+U: Come, O Spirit of Wisdom, descend upon us, teach us be a wise person especially so that we can appreciate, loving, and preferring heavenly ideals; and hopefully You free us from the shackles of the sins of this world. Come, O Spirit of Understanding, descend upon us. Enlighten our minds, so that we can understand the teachings of Jesus, the Son, and implement them in our daily lives. Come, O Spirit of Counsel, accompany us on this turbulent journey of life; may we always do good and avoid evil. Come, O Spirit of Strength, strengthen this weak servant of Yours, so that we can endure all difficulties and suffering. May You strengthen us by holding Your hand that always guides us. Come, O Spirit of the Knowledge of God. Teach us to know that everything in this world is temporary. Guide us, so that we will not be seduced by the splendor of the world. Guide us, so that we can use worldly things for Your glory. Come, O Spirit of Piety, guide us to continue to serve You. Teach us to be grateful for all your goodness; and to dare to be an example of piety to those around us. Come, O Spirit of the Fear of God, teach us to fear and submit to you wherever we are; establish us so that we always strive to do things that please you. I: O Father, send the Holy Spirit to fill the hearts of your people and ignite the fire of your love. Send your Spirit, and everything will be recreated. U: And you will renew the face of the earth.
