Nick at Nite commercials from January 1990

Commercials aired during 3 hours worth of an overnight Nick at Nite block from very early 1990. Some of the breaks in this upload were previously featured in the "promo feed" video that's been floating around online for a while, some of them are new to YouTube (although I'm surprised it took this long to put them online). There are also a few "HighBand" clips in this video that are just kinda confusing and I need more clarification on.
