How to repair antique Philco AM tube radio Hum No receive
Another old radio with bad filter caps. Just a bunch of noise/hiss/buzz no reception. As usual the filter caps were toasted. I did not spend a bunch of time on the radio. The task was to get it running again for a friend. There is still some good info to reference here. Now you can try the same remedy if your radio is suffering. Another note, my friend Rich, Reel Swede provided a bonus bottle if wine to be featured. Check his channel out if your in to fishing. I always welcome wine donations! If you would like to shoot a short wine fetching video, send me that along with the bottle of choice and I will feature you! Thanks again all for sticking with D-Lab. More cool stuff coming up! TD
