[広島・生口島] 瀬戸内の島時間｜ごはんと散歩とSOIL Setoda

Hello, we're the Onodera couple, and we're creating a YouTube channel like a photo album for the two of us! 🩶 Today is day two of our trip to Kagawa and Hiroshima! 🌼 We'll be sharing our experiences on Ikuchijima Island! Ikuchijima Island, located in the center of the Shimanami Kaido, is a small island in Setoda-cho, Onomichi City. This island has always been on my mind, ever since I interviewed an architect who was involved in the construction of facilities such as cafes, hotels, and select shops on the island. Every time I researched the island or heard stories from people involved, I thought, "I want to go there someday!" So, on our way from Kagawa to Hiroshima, we decided we absolutely had to stop by! Ikuchijima Island is a small island located in Setoda-cho, Onomichi City, in the center of the Shimanami Kaido. This island has always been on my mind. Every time I researched the island or heard stories from people involved, I thought, "I want to go there someday!" So, on this trip from Kagawa to Hiroshima, we decided to make a stop! Upon actually visiting, I was completely captivated by the calmness of the sea and the atmosphere of the shops and architecture scattered around the island. Even though my stay was short, I was thoroughly charmed. 🏝️ Just gazing at the sea, stopping by interesting shops, and simply walking around felt wonderful; it was a truly relaxing and healing time during my trip. 🪽 I hope you can enjoy the shops, architecture, and the atmosphere I felt on the island through this video!
