I'm going to show you how to make the trendy hat that's been all the rage among influencers for the past few years: a women's Panama hat, totally on trend, and it only cost me €3!!!!! So get ready!! MATERIALS: 3 large sheets of felt (the stiffest kind, not the soft kind) Hot glue or adhesive Sewing kit (sewing machine, scissors, needle and thread, etc.) Tailor's chalk or chalk and measuring tape CALCULATIONS: Measure the circumference of your head, in my case 56 cm and add 1 cm = 57 cm Radius calculation = 57 / 3.14 = 18 cm Circumference measurement of the top of the hat = 29 cm / 2 = 14.5 cm Circumference measurement of the inner circumference of the brim (as you can see in the video, over the seam allowance) = 65.5 cm / 2 = 32.75 cm The width of the pieces connecting the top and brim is 9 cm.
