Gardening with Gabriel-Artemisia afra the African Wormwood

This videos content is dear to me because it deals with a plant which has been used since the times of the Khoisan, Khoi-khoi, San and even today's Bushman. In modern South Africa it is used by the Cape coloured people based in and around Cape Town, other sub-cultures as well as some black cultures and Caucasians. It can be used for colds and flu, colic, fever, malaria, abscesses, sinus, headaches, earache, diabetes, stomach problems, drawing boils to point and much more. Every part of the plant can be used for something different. Tinctures, vapour, poultices, smoked, enemas, lotions, teas, infusions, snuffed, etc. Infused in brandy you can take one shot every other morning to keep healthy. Please be careful when using any plant. Consult your medical practitioner first before using any kind of plant. You may experience adverse reactions. Whats good for one is not always good for all.
